Nghbrs make “Small Talk” with a new single

Nghbrs have a vowelless name, but a fun, poppy sound. The group’s new EP is due out soon, and the band was just hailed by the Wall Street Journal as having “the cleverest D.I.Y. video since OK Go,” some praise that’s actually pretty lofty. Below, The A.V. Club is premiering not the group’s new video, but its new song, “Small Talk.” It’s the first new song off the aforementioned forthcoming EP, and the first since the band hit it blog big with “Hold Up Girl.”
